JELADO released a special 406XX using the black tag LASTRESORTDENIM, inspired by the fact that the 507XX, the so-called early second, with a single-sided tab, which was released by Levi's in 1952 and is said to have been manufactured for only one year, was different from the 406XX that JELADO has been developing since the development of LASTRESORTDENIM.
Levi's changed from the long-standing standard 506XX to 507XX, and the model was completely changed, including symmetrical pockets, changes in the position of the cuff buttons, and the abolition of the buckle back.
Among them, although the appearance and specifications have changed, some of the sewing procedures and specifications have been inherited as they were, and the materials and materials also used single-sided tabs, so we were inspired by the fact that the materials from the 40s were inherited as they were, and we produced a special 406XX using the black tag LASTRESORTDENIM.
We reviewed the pattern and, in line with the vintage we targeted this time, changed the size of the pockets and the collar, while keeping the basic dimensions unchanged.
The sleeves of the vintage we targeted this time were rainbow-stitched, so we reproduced them as they were and sewed them with two-color W stitching.
The reason for this special is the commitment to the accessories.
First, we reviewed the design of the buttons and produced new iron buttons.
And the most important point of this product is the sewing thread.
We wanted to be more particular about the color of the sewing thread and the atmosphere when the color faded as we approached the reality of the fabric, the way of taking the dimensions in line with the vintage, and the sewing method.
Therefore, the sewing thread this time was specially sewn using sewing thread dyed with sulfur dyes.
Sulfur dyes are difficult to match colors, so we asked the dyeing factory to dye them in small quantities. Therefore, this time, we will produce a limited edition of 300 pieces.
