Rare, authentic Louis Vuitton Congo GM in monogram with leather trim. Date code DU1067. Flap has 2 buckles & opens to a netted pocket, 2 front pockets, & the main section with snap-in water-resistant liner. Buckle to adjust strap length.
MEASUREMENTS: 14" wide at bottom, 11" tall & 3" deep.
CONDITION: I'd say overall fair condition:
•The leather trim that wraps around the bag is darkened, cracked & is coming off at top corners (photos 8 & 9), & back bottom corners (photos 11 & 12).
•The leather at the front buckles is also darkened with dryness (photo 10).
•There is fading to the monogram print on the front flap (see photos 1 - 3).
•Strap has lightening & soiling (see all photos), with some fraying at the right edge (photo 9 by my thumb).
•Tarnish to hardware, especially the strap hardware which also has green oxidation (zoom on photos 3 & 4).
•Interior has some marks (photos 5 & 6).
•And there's a kind of storage smell.
