Light up Rhinestone Silver/white Cowboy Hat Hand decorated Cosplay Costume

This pre-owned cowboy hat features a silver-toned, rhinestone-covered exterior with a vibrant red interior lining. The brim is edged with blue sequins. The hat includes a black chin strap, which is short in my opinion . There are Visible imperfections including some missing rhinestones which you could purchase and easily add/replace. Zoom in on the photos. The hat was covered with the rhinestones by me and my daughter for her to attend a concert. We definitely underestimated the time it would take so of course it could have been done a little better. But it is what it is. It has a small box inside which can display soft lights red white and blue. They don’t always flash. There are a few different modes. Shipping seems to be a little higher due to the size of the box on sites that don’t have flat fees. The buyer is responsible for cleaning. No returns.
