The controller pictured is the original Wii Classic Controller.
Design: It combines design elements from classic Nintendo systems like the NES, Super NES, and Nintendo 64 controllers. It has a flat, ergonomic design without the hand grips found on the later Pro version.
Connectivity: The controller is compatible with the Wii Remote and must be plugged into the bottom of a Wii Remote to function, enabling a near-wireless experience with the console itself.
