This is a Vintage Tiffin-Franciscan Clear Cut Glass Creamer. The Daisy Pattern, sometimes referred to as "Cut 83" or "Pattern 167", was created in 1928 and is now retired. It is a piece of Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG). The base of the creamer features an 8-pointed star pattern.
This is vintage, and I think in excellent condition.
