This beauty is made of stretchy cotton. It is in good preloved condition, showing some typical wear for vintage 2000. See pictures. It is a soft and stretchy blue V-neck top with a pattern of diamonds, rings, and starbursts. The diamonds are shaped like hearts and are white with bling. The rings are silver with bling stones, and the starbursts are white.
It is gently pre-loved, hand-washed, and air-dried, with no damage or stains. It is from the early 2000s and has been stored. It has gentle, typical vintage wear. See pictures. It is a unique statement piece
