Record is very nice and clean in an original Paula / Ronn / Jewel company record sleeve ("A Product of Jewel Records, Shreveport, LA"). Vinyl looks and plays NM with a small BB hole through the labels. Sleeve is actually VG+ with some writing (small and in the upper left corner, see photos).
