Midi ruffle tiered dress from Francesca's with tie straps. My photos wash out the color because my camera isn't very good but it's a beautiful light pink color in real life (not white). Material is very high quality. Dress straps have to be tied & can be adjusted a bit. Size L, bust area has a lot more space when wearing it than how it looks in the picture. Smoke free home, but I do have a cat. Worn only once.
