This is a gorgeous lined evening dress by Tucson Designer Cele Peterson. The bead work surround the entire collar and sleeves is amazing with only a few loose beads. The dress itself has no runs or snags. Amazing condition based on what I can find on this designer. There is a zipper in back that makes it easy to get in and out of. The model is 5’8” and 155 pounds. There is no size tag but estimate to be a medium. The tie makes the waist size adjustable.
