I’m not a professional or expert grader by any means, but from what I do know and from what I can see on this book, I think this is likely in the VG to FN range.
Discrepancies include some light staining and soiling throughout front and back cover. A couple small spine ticks to cover. Light creases on bottom right corner that break color. Relatively soft and sharp corners.
Staples and centerfold is tight. No missing pages. Complete. Looks like off white pages.
Could benefit from a clean and press and should present nicer but no guarantees it’ll bump the grade due to the color break.
