This is a Sylvanian Families set.
Everything in the first photo is included.
This set was purchased in addition to the "First Sylvanian Family" set, but there are some missing items.
The house has some damage to the part that supports the second-floor floor (photos 14 and 15), but there is no wobble and it does not affect play. There are also sunburn marks where stickers were attached (photo 13) and minor stains (photos 16 and 17), but they are not noticeable.
The TV screen can be changed by replacing the paper inside (photo 3).
The fabric of the sofa set can be changed to green. The green fabric is unused (photo 2).
Some of the accessories that came with the sofa and TV set are unopened (photo 4).
The Doll has some slight scuffing and browning on the tips of the ears, but overall, I don't think there is any noticeable damage (photos 7-13).
I will include the clothes that the Toy Poodle girl was wearing because I think they are still usable (photo 20), but I do not plan to include the Toy Poodle Doll itself because it is badly damaged. Please let me know if you need it.
