Wide sleeve black velvet jacket with yellow/gold embroidery and chiffon ruffle hems. Very reminiscent of 1850s/60s Victorian ladies jackets. Wide kimono/bell sleeves with heart embroidery at the cuffs. Floral motif embroidery throughout. Worn only a few times, very good condition with no stains or holes. Some slight unraveling of the back embroidery, please see photos. Size 6 but very loose fitting.
